My family has been returning to Provence every summer for over twenty years. With each visit I make a sketch a day, and try to capture the experience of this special place. Everywhere you look, there is something eye-catching and inspiring. From the distinctive fabrics & pottery, to the bounty of delicious fruits & vegetables in the local markets, to the colors & textures of the unique Provençal landscape, there is something to feast your eyes upon. This collection of letterpress prints is a result of my sojourn in the Bouches-du-Rhône, an enchanted part of the world.

The Mon Cœur est en Provence series of prints was designed & printed in my Berkeley studio.

Handprinted on my vintage printing press in an edition of 15 on Fabriano Artistico paper.

Finished with Sennelier watercolor and…

…sun-dried in the summer sunshine of St. Paul de Vence.
